FAQ
First Day Requirements
- Signed copies of the Emergency Contact Medical Form and Photo Release Form (to be turned in a week prior to camp/mandatory for first day)
- Name labels on jackets, backpacks, and any other items for younger children.
- Water bottle
- Peanut-free lunch (if your child is enrolled in camp beginning before 1 PM)
- Epi-pens or other emergency allergy medications
Medications
Lillstreet Employees are not able to administer medication. All medication must be taken before or after camps. If on-site medical intervention is needed, an authorized pick-up person must come to administer the medication
Allergies
We are a peanut-free camp. Do not send your child to camp with any peanuts or peanut products.
