Transform your drawings into compelling stories, taking them from concept to completed illustrations. Weekly sketchbook exercises will develop your skills in design fundamentals, color theory, and drawing/painting techniques. Learn how concepts and visual elements work together to tell a story. You will have opportunities to work with various media, including pencils, pen and ink, and water-based media such as acrylics, gouache, and watercolor. Students are responsible for providing their own art materials and supplies.
