You’ve learned wheel throwing basics; now build upon your beginning skills with new challenges. Refine your mug-making skills, learn how to make a lidded form, or create a matching set of bowls. Demonstrations will include increasing the amount of clay you use on the wheel, how to create multiples of a form, and practicing creating intentionally. There will also be more in-depth demonstrations of decorations utilizing underglazes, slips, and glazes. Each student receives one shelf to store work, clay, and tools for the duration of the class.
