Guided Sewing Projects
Early Winter 2022
You’ve got the sewing basics down; now, take the next step to complete your one-of-a-kind sewing projects. Our Teaching Artist will help you select an appropriate project and walk you through the steps to complete it. Class projects will determine Demonstrations but may include serger instruction and sewing machine feet attachments. The material fee covers thread and notions used in class. Prerequisite: Two department sewing classes or equivalent experience.

Garment Knock Offs
Learn pattern-making basics as you recreate your favorite garments. Learn several easy pattern knock-off methods, including tracing and measuring. Replicate every pattern piece and detail from a basic garment without taking it apart. It’s easier than you think! Use your pattern to cut and sew a replica from start to finish. Starts Saturday, November 26.
