Push your photographic portraiture beyond “snapshot” mode. In-class exercises, assignments and critiques will direct you through the exploration of composition, light, positioning and environment. Image based lectures will introduce you to the work of various portrait artists. DSLR and tripod are highly recommended. Prerequisite: First-Time Digital Photography or Fundamentals of Digital Photography I or equivalent experience.
