Open Studio: Access is for students currently enrolled in a Printmaking class. Open studio operates with a print monitor present, no exceptions. There is no instruction during open studio sessions. The open studio schedule is posted in the department the week after classes start and changes each term. Formerly Artistprint Editions, Hummingbird Press works to collaborate with artists to create unique limited edition, hand-printed works on paper. Lucas's experience as a printer spans a dozen years having published nearly twenty different artist editions. Recent artist collaborations include: Al Tyler, Kerry Marshall, Micheal Hopkins, Darrell Roberts, Bernard Williams and Preston Jackson. Look for the new Hummingbird Press website coming soon.
